From January 15 to February 15, the OPEN Mugak/ call will be open, aimed at agents and activists in the field of architecture and culture for the development of projects that, from various perspectives, explore and respond to the theme of the 5th Mugak/ Biennial and will be part of the official program. Proposals may be submitted that include the celebration of thematic programs, talks or conferences, visits, exhibitions, and cultural expressions of an open and free nature.
