For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Habic informs the user of the existence of an automated file of personal data called CLIENTS/SUPPLIERS whose main purpose is the management of collections/payments, billing, product promotion… registered in the G.D.P.R. (General Data Protection Register).
Sending and Registration of Personal Data
The sending of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by Habic. Likewise, not providing the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy makes it impossible to subscribe, register or receive information about said services.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your sending of personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by Habic with address at Araba Kalea 25 bajo 20800, Zarautz, Gipuzkoa, having implemented all the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21.
Accuracy and Truthfulness of the Data Provided
The user who sends the information to Habic is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data included, exonerating Habic from any responsibility in this regard.
Users guarantee and respond, in any case, to the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
Habic is not responsible for the veracity of information that is not of its own elaboration and for which another source is indicated, therefore it does not assume any responsibility regarding hypothetical damages that may originate from the use of said information.
Habic is exonerated from responsibility for any damage or harm that the user may suffer as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Habic, provided that it comes from sources outside of it.
Transfer of Data to Third Parties
Habic will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the event that it is transferred to a third party, prior information will be provided requesting the express consent of the affected party.
Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition
You may direct your communications and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition through postal mail at Araba Kalea 25 bajo, 20800, Zarautz, Gipuzkoa or through email at habic@habic.eus along with valid proof in law, such as a photocopy of the D.N.I. and indicating in the subject DATA PROTECTION.
Acceptance and Consent
The user declares to have been informed of the conditions on protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to their processing by Habic, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Habic reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as to industry practices. In such cases, Habic will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable notice before their implementation.
