Hospitality Working Group Meeting – March 2025

Last Friday, March 7, the Habic Company Classroom at the UPV/EHU School of Architecture in Donostia-San Sebastián hosted a new meeting of Habic’s Hospitality working group, where companies in the sector analyzed key projects and future strategic actions.

The day began with a welcome and introduction of the attendees, followed by a presentation of the Hilton Bellas Artes Hotel project in Donosti, led by architect Ignacio Quemada. During his intervention, Quemada shared details about the design and execution of this emblematic hotel, highlighting his architectural and constructive approach.

Subsequently, a review of Hospitality actions in 2024 was carried out, going over the milestones and learnings of the year. There was also a discussion on the evaluation of Hospitality fairs and events for the first half of 2025, identifying key opportunities for sector participation.

Additionally, the Hospitality action plan for 2025 was presented, which includes strategies to strengthen the presence of companies in key markets and enhance collaboration in the contract sector. As part of this strategy, a proposal for an international reverse mission for Hospitality was launched, an initiative aimed at attracting international prescribers and potential clients to learn first-hand about the offerings of Habic companies.

This meeting reaffirmed the cluster’s commitment to consolidating the Hospitality sector as a benchmark in the field of equipment and contract, promoting internationalization and strategic collaboration between companies.
