Habic Will Develop a Training Diagnosis to Anticipate Sector Challenges Thanks to Lanbide

At Habic, we are launching a new key project in May for the competitive improvement of the sector: a Sectoral Diagnosis of Training Needs, which has the support of Lanbide. The initiative will be developed until mid-November 2025 and aims to build a solid foundation to align training with the real needs of the market.

This study will allow:

  • Analyze the current situation of the sector, the structure of the labor market and the business fabric.
  • Detect major trends that are impacting—and will continue to impact—our activity.
  • Identify training gaps and key skills needs.
  • Study the demand and supply of employment, with a focus on the most relevant professional profiles and occupations.

The result will be a viable Training Plan and a roadmap for its implementation, with a focus on the future and the active participation of companies and sector agents. In addition, efforts will be made to make the plan visible and attract stakeholders to ensure its implementation in the coming years.

This diagnosis is part of Habic’s commitment to anticipate sector challenges and strengthen the capabilities of associated companies.
