On May 9th and 10th, a meeting took place in Kassel, Germany, with the five European clusters that are part of the European EPIX project. During the two days, we were able to learn about the Smart City strategy being followed in the city of Kassel, the role of the university and the science park, and some related projects and startups that contribute to making Kassel a smart city, such as:
- Betterspace
- VELOAD
- Ökovision Über uns
- eoda
Additionally, a follow-up meeting for the EPIX project was held to organize the work for the coming months, and we were able to learn firsthand how the Mowi.net cluster operates under the regional management of North Hesse, where the city of Kassel is located.
